Documents to be submitted for Admit Card

There are many students who have to submit one or the other document. The list can be accessed from here. In the list, if there is a NO against any of the document, you will have to submit the same before the admit card shall be issued to you.

Those who qualify the criteria for getting the admit cards, may collect the same from Ms Meenu Kalra/ Pinaki Nayak after submitting the required document(s).

No relaxation in this shall be entertained.

Dean's message regarding 4th and 5th May

The COE has already announced the Examination Schedule for I, II, III & IVth year End Term Examinations. 

The End Term Examinations will be conducted as per the schedule announced earlier by COE.

The HOD's and Faculty are requested to advise the students to start early from their place of residence in view of ADB's meeting at India Expo Centre on 4 and 5th of May 2013. 

The students must reach the examination hall well in time otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall.

ICICI BOAT

The mail I received from the T&P regarding ICICI

Dear Students,

Only 38 applicants out of 99 appeared for BOAT test on Friday and Saturday. Only 13 cleared this test.Turn up ratio was too poor. On our request they will again be conducting the BOAT Test, for which they will be calling the aspirants once again. 

The students who missed out in the first list are instructed to get their data updated for the same by tomorrow by 12pm @ T&P Office.

Absentees are instructed to appear for the BOAT test.

Attendance till 26th April and Eligibility criteria for appearing in ETE.

The class test is scheduled on 25-04-2013. The syllabus for the class test is Unit 8.

Unit 8: Deflection
Importance of control of deflections – factors influencing deflections – short term deflections of uncracked members – prediction of long term deflections.

The class test will be conducted in the following timings.

Section A - 10.35 AM - 11.30 AM
Section B - 11.30 AM - 12.25 PM

The criteria for highrise: 10 students in the order of cgpa ignoring those who have either been selected or have been issued offer letter. 5 students have been selected from those who have been placed but either at a very low salary or are not being offered any salary.

The criteria for lowrise: 15 students in the order of cgpa, after the selection in the above, removing those who have either been selected or have appeared/ nominated in any interview in the recent past (Prateek, Interarch, Vardaan).
