Attention: B. Tech. III (Civil)

You are required to submit the following in the Office of Civil Engg. Department, by the due date already notified:
1. Demand Draft for Rs. 10,000/- as security money.
2. Demand Draft for Rs. 10,000/- as advance for meeting out part of the expenditure towards boarding/lodging, etc. In case, the actual expenditure is less the balance money will be adjusted as dues and if more extra amount will have to be paid by the sudents.

Note: Both the Demand Drafts should be in favour of "School of Engineering, Sharda University"

REPORTING FOR SURVEY CAMP

All B.Tech. III yr (Civil) students are required to report to Civil Engineering Department on June 01, 2012 and register themselves for attending the Survey Camp by submitting the UNDERTAKING and other documents as notified from time to time. Any sudent who does not register on the above date will not be allowed to attend the camp and will loose 4 credits of the Survey Camp.

You are required to fill up an undertaking/deposit security for attending the Survey Camp and the same must be submitted to the Department of Civil Engg, latest by May 19, 2012.
The Undertaking form can be downloaded from here. Without the undertaking no student will be allowed to attend the camp.
