Practical Examination Schedule

The schedule for the practical examination is as,

14th Dec, 2011: GI Lab. Venue: CAD Lab, SDS. Internal: Dr. Satyaprakash

15th Dec, 2011: SA Lab. Venue: SA Lab, SET. Internal: Mani Mohan

19th Dec, 2011: FM Lab. Venue: FM Lab, Workshop: Internal: Neeraj Das

Time for all the labs are 10:00am to 06:00pm.
Be prepared to wait.

The groups have been divided as,

G1: 1 to 25: 10:00am to 11:00am
G2: 26 to 50: 11:00am to 12:00noon
G3: 51 to 75: 12:00noon to 01:00pm
G4: 76 to 100: 1:00pm to 02:00pm
G5: 101 to 125: 02:00pm to 03:00pm
G6: 126 to 150: 03:00pm to 04:00pm
G7: 151-160, 501, 801-805: 04:00pm to 05:00pm
G8: 805 onwards: 05:00pm to 06:00pm

2. Some observations based on the last two quizzes:     

• Some of you have not remembered all formulas properly. 
•  It is (0.75V)-whole square where as you  are  using (0.75) V-square for superelevation design. (Refer C&A1.0 for detail)

GI Lab file: Missing

I am yet to receive the GI Lab file from,

They shall be getting ZERO in the Lab internal. If these students have submitted their lab file, get back to me.

GI Lab file

While evaluating your lab file, it was found that many of you have XEROXED (Colour or Black&White) someone else's map and submitted the file in your name. Also most of you have not submitted the first exercise which was on data capture, where you were supposed to capture the features from a given map.

Do not crib or fume if you get less marks in GI lab internals.
