They shall be getting ZERO in the Lab internal. If these students have submitted their lab file, get back to me.

GI Lab file

While evaluating your lab file, it was found that many of you have XEROXED (Colour or Black&White) someone else's map and submitted the file in your name. Also most of you have not submitted the first exercise which was on data capture, where you were supposed to capture the features from a given map.

Do not crib or fume if you get less marks in GI lab internals.

CS on spot Marking 2

GI lab file

All of you are required to submit the lab file for GI lab. The exercises given till date are,

1. Capture all the data in different layers from the scan map provided
2. Attach the attribute for the world map
3. Five exercises on Query

You will have to prepare a word document for each of the exercise, take a print and submit to me in a file for your internal marks.

GI assignments: Read carefully

For those who were not present during the class when the assignment was given, there is one and only chance of submitting the assignment. Submit the assignment by 20th Nov, 2011. However, there is a catch. 2 marks shall be deducted for each assignment from the total CA marks for those student who were not eligible to send the assignment earlier.
For example, if student X was absent on those dates when assignments 2 and 3 was given, he shall loose 4 marks from total marks assigned to assignments. If the marks assigned for assignment is Y out of total 40, his total marks for assignment shall be (Y-4).
Also, if the assignments are submitted after the due date, 1 mark shall be deducted from the total marks assigned for assignments.
Hurry-up and submit your pending assignments.

CS- Column Design

Whereas, Mr. Umar Farooq, S/O Mr. Mohd. Aabid was found to create disruption in the class room unnecessary.

Thus:
His father needs to contact me and concern lecturer.
If he failed to do so, he will be awarded zero internal  in all subjects.

Concrete Structures-On spot marking

Students for on spot marking are requested to be well prepared and update with there Concrete subject load, The question will be posted on the blog and the students are requested to answer those question and consult the faculty each Saturday with there answers, Based on the questions Faculty is free to ask any questions, or he may ask to solve the entire problem on spot, Based on his performance marks will be allotted to each students. Students who least care or are casual with On spot marking will be awarded zero marks each Week.

Remember Each Saturday you will be evaluated in Concrete Structures.
Absentees will be awarded Zero marks. So make sure you gain maximum with on spot marking.

Correction in GI MTE Marks

There is a correction in the MTE marks for GI. Read the marks of IMRAN KHAN (090107058) as 8 (Eight) and not 18 as is mentioned in the earlier post.
