This is to inform you that the proposed Survey Camp scheduled from June 1-15 has been postponed.
You may take the security draft back from my office. The amount paid towards expenditure to the Accounts department shall be adjusted towards your fee for the next year.
The new dates for the camp shall be intimated to you in due course of time.
You may prepone the Industrial training so that you reach the University well in time for the registration in the first week of August.
I am sorry for all the troubles and especially to the parents who took pains in arranging for the money at such a short notice.
